Originally starting her career in the front office, Carrie discovered her passion for working directly with patients and witnessing their transformative journey to better hearing. Carrie’s favorite part of her work in audiology is assisting patients in achieving a better quality of life. She believes in the power of collaboration and often counsels patients and their families together to foster understanding and highlights the importance of a strong support system.

Residing in Richmond, CA, Carrie enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two beloved Great Danes, who are her world. In her free time, she loves swimming, fishing, and enjoying vacations at her family’s getaway home.
